FAT GIRL: Starring Anais Reboux, fat hardcore latino Roxane Mesquida. Directed and written by Catherine Breillat. (Not rated. 83 minutes. In French with English subtitles. At the Lumiere). "Fat Girl," the new film from French provocateur Catherine Breillat ("Romance"), contains lots of sex but little titillation. Instead, it exposes the less sexy things that lust can awaken, like viciousness, deceit and amoral longing. By attaching these traits to two sisters -- one a lissome 15-year-old, the other a chubby pubescent -- Breillat ensures that viewers will pay attention. But the writer-director fat hardcore latino isn't out to exploit -- at fat hardcore latino least not most of the time - - as she portrays the girls' wantonness and wicked sibling rivalry in powerful, unsparing detail. This is a different kind of girls' movie, and certainly not a pretty one, especially its horrific head-scratcher of an ending.
